RECOMMENDATION: Good Game, if you like reading dialogues over dialogues...The dialogues are long and well fed with text. It's good, because that is the gameplay you got. Embrace it and hope for the best right? Each answer you give has influence on the course of the game. The goal is to reach Earth with every crewmember still alive. But this can be tricky, if you make certain crewmembers unhappy or when you made a wrong choice of events. You are the director of this... "Movie". Simple but interesting game, after couple tries you can manage to not kill everyone and after couple more you might even save all of them :). A cute litte story. Terrible English grammar with no concept of apostrophes, but it can be forgiven for that with its engaging characters and well thought out decision consequences. The main gameplay element is waiting, and it can be tedious watching the characters randomly wander the spacecraft. However when the dialogue trees appear, it's seldom obvious what the "correct" course of action is. In fact, it seems you have to make carefully placed "wrong" decisions in order to rescue everyone.. Look the game isn't great, but it sells for rather cheap and there is quite a bit of joy to be had, but as it stands i won't pay full price for this game it lacks just too much to warrant full price. The developers could of added more content to the game, as it is it feels rather unfinished and quite empty, the idea behind the game is great and there is so much room and potential to make this game quite great, the execution just never happened the way it could of.The game can be summed up in the following shorts points:a Badly damaged space ship that is in critical condition. The idea is to get the ship fixed, deal with the aliens, and get back home to earth. This all sounds amazing, but in theory only as i mentioned the execution of this failed. First of, most of the game plays via conversations so you don't get to play or physically enjoy any of the game and this right here is the biggest downer for me.Making matters even worse is the terrible boring method used for these conversation, it's like a bad visual novels you just want to skip and skip until it's over. The story is boring and uninteresting, the mechanics behind the game feels flawed and requires reworking.Unfortunately there are more to mention but none of it is any good, if they only spent more time making this game better it could of been a littler gem and be sold at an even higher price which would of been worth it, but that's unlikely to ever happen now.. boring, waste of 99 cents. there is really only 10 minutes of content, and its very confusing the first time around. This is the kind of game I would enjoy if it were a free game jam project, where you'd expect it to be a bit rushed and rough around the edges, but a good concept and art style is enough to keep your interest through a short playthrough. For a product being sold for money, though, it's inexcusably unpolished -- particularly in the English translation, where the dialogue is full of grammar and spelling errors, one character's name changes at random, some lines are so mangled as to be unintelligible, and there's a complete absence of apostrophes. Seriously, developers, did apostrophes steal your girlfriend and run over your dog? What do you have against this poor misued punctuation mark? (Actually I suspect it's some kind of coding error that they were too lazy to fix, which hardly makes it better.)You can play the game for free on Kongregate, and I think the concept (Bad HAL 9000 Simulator Lite) is interesting enough that it's worth your time to check it out, but it's definitely not worth your money to buy.. i dont like it. I tried to play .. even got a couple of achievements which show up as rare if thats a big deal.Basically you just have to wait until someone on the ship speaks and tap on them. That would have been fine except I found myself staring at the ugly characters for minutes at a time just waiting for someone to speak. Maybe they thought that having people stare at the screen would make the game longer.. may as well watch paint dry.
